Psychiatric Times Awards Gold for Winners of Mental Health Diagnostic Game

NORWALK, Conn., March 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- UBM Medica US and Psychiatric Times today announced the winners of the "Diagnostic Champions' Challenge" – an online game designed to test the knowledge and medical diagnostic skills of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals. Dr. Aaron Riley of Arizona and Baowu Wang of New York have each won an ounce of gold bullion by placing first in the final round of the five-week challenge.

During the interactive challenge, players were tasked with answering multiple-choice questions based on diagnosing and assessing different types of mental health disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse – culminating with the top physician and non-physician players from the first four weeks competing in the final round.
